After verification of all documents, the applicant will pay an amount of ₱325 for the entrance examination.

Take the exam on the scheduled date.

Come for the interview on the scheduled date.

Get an enrollment form from the Registrar's Office.

Fill out the enrollment form with your personal information and subjects.

• Transferee Students: Have your TOR assessed by the Registrar and get advice for your subjects.
• Irregular Students: Consult with your Department Chair regarding your subjects before filling out the enrollment form.
• Regular Students: Fill out the enrollment form directly and proceed to Step 3.

Have the enrollment form signed by the following in order:

1. Adviser – Department Chair
2. Registrar
3. Academic Dean

Pay the registration fees at the Cashier.

Have your Registration Card and I.D. validated at the Office of Student Affairs & Services.
